Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your automation must be not working and in the same condition that we created it.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
If workflow is partially working, and have errors in some steps.
Sudden API changes by the Application caused Automation Workflow failure.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You need to pay 50% amount before the zoom call to setup the automation and that is not refundable on cancellation. You will be given 2 chances for Re-scheduling and if that is not made use of then the amount will not be refundable.
